How can I find out prices or make a reservation? Click on our quote tab and you can fill in some info about what equipment you are interested in and the dates. Our automated system will reply back to you quickly with the prices and availability of those items.
Are you insured? Yes! While some inflatable companies attempt to save money here, especially many on craigslist, we are insured.
What are your delivery hours and how long is my rental? We guarantee a minimum of 4 hours with each inflatable rental. If your party is longer than this we may be able to work out additional time depending on our delivery schedule. You can also pay for additional guaranteed time. We attempt to delivery within a two hour window prior to your start time and pick up within a two hour window after your ending time. We begin deliveries as early as 7am on a busy day and will typically only allow reservations until dark to avoid scheduling pick-ups after 11pm.
What kind of space is needed for my moon bounce rental? Our large moon bounce is a little over 16x15x16 feet. A space of two cars parked side by side is normally sufficient. Other inflatables are bigger.
How can I pay? You can pay securely with any debit or credit card. Rentals are not reserved until a deposit of 20% has been made securely online through the link provided. Business checks are accepted from businesses, churches, school groups and non-profits if necessary. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at delivery.
What is your cancellation policy? All deposits are non-refundable. However, if it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation for weather related reasons, deposits are good for one year from the time of booking, if we receive your cancellation 24/48 hours prior to your rental delivery. Jump Around reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment or, in its opinion, may pose undue risk to others in the immediate area.
